Our Rates & Policies

Our rates: Our deposit/Diagnostic fee is $185.00 +GST. Many jobs are quoted at a flat rate, meaning we tell you up front how much the job will be. contact us to get a personalised quote!

Deposits: All jobs require a deposit prior to the first day of work on site, deposits will be collected at the time of booking. A deposit of $185.00 +GST will be required before we begin work. 

*your deposit will be reimbursed if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellation policy:  We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any job cancellation. If you cancel when the tech arrives at the door you will still be charged the $185.00 +GST diagnostic fee.  We of course understand that sometimes unexpected things happen in life and request you contact us as soon as possible to cancel.

Other policies: 

K&M Mechanical will not be liable for any unknown, unforeseen,
or pre-existing problems with the existing plumbing systems that may be discovered during a job or service.
